Refund Qualifiers:
Product delivered was damaged during shipping (very rare, we use courier services with special handling to provide your loved ones with best possible experience)
- Wrong product was delivered (very rare, please contact us immediately and do not use the product - any used product will not be subject to refund)

Please note, PakistanGifts.com does not offer refunds on perishable products like Cakes, Flowers, Sweets, Chocolates, Fast Food Items etc.
Refunds:
All refunds are offered in the form of store credit and not greater than the amount paid for the Product. Special shipping cost and customization cost cannot be refunded.
Order Cancellation:
PakistanGifts.com reserves the right to cancel any order at any point for any reason (We value our clients and process most of the orders, but on fraud suspicion we have to cancel some orders). In case the order is cancelled by PakistanGifts.com and not delivered, your money will be credited to you. If a credit card has been charged, please allow up to ten business days for the money to reflect in the account.

We make every effort to deliver the orders as placed by our customers, but at times it maybe not be possible and be out of our control to deliver the order as defined on PakistanGifts.com store and by Customer, such as city/state/country security risks, seasonal constraints, political constraints, government constraints or any unforeseen involvement of any party. If delivery could not be made due to the mentioned reasons, we will contact you and keep you updated on the situation.
